The 46-year-old actress has become a lot more confident, and she says in the podcast The Beauty Closet.

“I always felt crazy about the way I looked,” Gwyneth admits.

The ex of Chris Martin and Brad Pitt think that it is not often that women find themselves beautiful.

“So just like any other woman, I didn’t see it looking in the mirror.”

Paltrow nowadays knows “who she is better” and that influences the way she sees herself.

“It’s a feeling inside you. You feel yourself more and more, and I have less judgment about myself.

My norms and values are more apparent,” she explains.

“That was much more difficult as a young woman who always only thought of others and tried to uphold all kinds of balls.”
