Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelensky said in a fiery speech on Sunday evening that the Ukrainians will never forgive Russia: “We will find any bastard who shoots at our people.”
Zelensky referred to Russian soldiers who targeted fleeing civilians last weekend.
On the Irpin River near the capital Kyiv, eight civilians, including a young family, are said to have been killed in attacks with mortar shells.
